We have momentum on our side as we’ve passed a milestone of 100 open stores, and there’s plenty of opportunity still available for entrepreneurs wanting to grow the brand with us. Our size means we have the infrastructure and systems in place to make our sandwich business more efficient for franchisees, while still being able to give personal attention when they need our help.
“We have proof of concept, proof of our operations and training and proof of everything we have to offer as a brand,” says Wolfe. “We’re excited about that, and we’re targeting 25 to 30% growth each year over the next five years.”
Strong brand presence and protected territories
We have an especially strong presence in our core northern markets of Minnesota and Wisconsin. With more than 60 stores open between the two states, we have brand recognition that benefits new owners by making marketing and awareness much easier.
We’re growing in a number of locations, particularly the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Milwaukee and Madison areas. These metro areas have great locations available and strong growth potential, and unlike many larger franchises, Erbert and Gerbert’s offers protected territories. With that, you get the benefits of brand awareness without having to worry about competing with another franchisee.
Multi-unit opportunities available
With a low cost of entry compared to other restaurant franchises and low labor and food costs, Erbert and Gerbert’s makes a great choice for investors of all kinds.
